Epic Model

Hi!

I just wanna share about my last experience. I taught, it's too much with "epic" in title post. (But, I persistent to put there) LOL.

I told you that I took make up course before and every session I would need a model who I makeover. With them I learn how to make up properly by makeup guru.

So far, when I made mistake on my model, I just burst of laugh and never take it as serious thing. For example, the mistakes for shaping an eyebrow, smudge of liner, and so on.

But, for the first time in my life, I became a model. Yep! Don't asked me how does it feel? Quite strange. I just feel what they felt before. My guru need a model for another student, thus it happend. I volunteer and suddenly she said ok.

I feel wierd when she put my eyeliner wrongly and pat pat my cheeks too hard. It quite amazing feeling. LOL. I can't descripe it with right word. But, it's precious experience somehow.

Flashback and remaind me for all my models, I would like to say very mary big thank you for all of you who those being 'my prototype'. I mean it. Cause by this experience, I just understood how does it work and feel, good or not your make up is depand on my hand. It's make me motivated to give you all the best in every session.

Let's take a look for my makeover. It's quite good. She put effort on it.

Review Silky Girl Gel Liner

Hi!

I just wrote about my new hobby for make up, have you read yet? My fiance makes me special blog only for my makeup: www.finsmakeup.blogspot.com. (is he sweet?? XOXOXO). Please visit and support the blog too.

Inside the blog you could see a lot of result of my makeover. I confess I'm still bad for makeup. LOL. Well, back to the topic, today I would like to talk about eyeliner. I love eyeliner so much, really. I wear everyday, usually I make a cat or winged line. It's make my eyes look bigger. Personally, I like liquid eyeliner because the outcome very fine, clear, not smudge and precise.

My liquied liner now...

I wore eyeliner since I was in diploma school. I tried to use gel eyeliner but it was fail. The result makes my eyes perfectly smudge and look like panda. I have oily eyelid - sorry it's not match. In makeup course, I must use this gel eyeliner type for my client and guess I messy up. So, I decide to learn by myself - I bought this: Silkygirl Double Intense Gel Liner. How does it works???

SILKY GIRL GEL LINER (ON PIC: KANAN)
I bought with its remover, remover works well... :)
First impression: Oh... it's cheap. Just Rp 36,000 or around $2.00. The cap itself already build with its brush. But, I never use the brush.

Look

How to use the brush? You just open the cap and connect the brush with it - wolla you got the long brush.
Like this...

I used my angled brush to poke a small amount. Oh, this is my tip for you:if you want take a product which jar/pot, please just poke on the edge of jar (not in the middle). So, it easier to you to poke the rest of product if it's almost over. (Also happend in my skin care jar/pot products).

The gel eyeliner itself very pigmented and not dry too fast. But, if you're wearing gel liner, please close your eyes for 3-5 seconds. My fail when I directly opened my eye, it transfer to my lid. Hahaha...

Wearing this gel liner for a day - at the office I never touch up for my makeup. My wish is this gel liner smudgeproof, but I dissapointed, it's smudge all over my lid and bottom of my eyes... Hiks..

I tried to make this pict clear enough for you to see, but yeah this is the best... see a little shadow over my lid?

So, the conclusions:
+ addorable price
+ small, travelling packed with brush
+ waterproof (yes!)
+ not dry too fast
- smudgeproof? No for me
- pigmented? not really, I used to liquid one which most pigmented I tought!

Depending on person, I personally don't like this products but friends of mine use this product and it's smudgeproof on her lids. Repurchase? No, I think.
